An initial movement assessment identifies functional limitations in mobility and stability that can often lead to the faults in the player's golf swing. The program begins with corrective exercises addressing the highlighted movement limitations. Once the player establishes a foundation quality movement, strength and power workouts are added to take performance to the next level!

The TPI Screen is designed to identify limitations in mobility, stability, and movement pattern dysfunctions in the body. Limitations in the physical body can then be connected to faults in the golf swing. Known as the body-swing connection

Online Golf Fitness Training

Online GolfFit Program
This 4-Week program is a great way to begin if you are new to golf fitness. The program is designed to remove limitations found in the TPI screen through progressing corrective exercise workouts customized to target the individual’s limitations. The program is assessable through the golfer’s TPI profile and is flexible based on the individual’s schedule. This program is a great starting point for anyone wanting to improve their golf fitness through better movement while preventing injury.

Includes initial TPI Screening (45 min), and one month of online exercises

Private Golf Fitness Training

Committing to an extended fitness program is a fun way to improve your fitness with great value! Select from weekly time slots for private training and follow along with the free online program at home throughout the week and watch your game improve with your physical fitness! Private golf training sessions begin with corrective exercises focused on improving limitations identified in the TPI screen. Once the body is moving better, strength and power workouts are added using industry leading techniques to get the best out of your game. Training with our TPI Certified Fitness Professional, Cody Stewart, will improve your game whether you want to fix your slice, increase distance or prevent injury.
